Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FocusHouse ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute the End User License Agreement (EULA) between you and Nikita Lebin ("Developer") as required by Apple's App Store guidelines.

2. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, the Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use FocusHouse on any Apple device that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and as permitted by Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the App or any part of it.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels in the App.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

FocusHouse offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (Monthly, Yearly) and a Lifetime purchase, all processed by Apple.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID account is charged upon confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings at any time.
• All sales are final. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.
• A free trial, where offered, will convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code in FocusHouse are the exclusive property of the Developer or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

6. User-Generated Content

Any content you create within the App (focus sessions, goals, categories) remains yours. By using the App you grant the Developer no rights over this content — it is stored solely on your device and iCloud account.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

FocusHouse is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.

The Developer does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

In no event shall the Developer's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Apple's Role

FocusHouse is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. In case of any failure to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

10. Termination

The Developer may terminate your license to use FocusHouse at any time if you breach these Terms. Upon termination you must delete all copies of the App from your devices.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be indicated by a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in your country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through the courts of competent jurisdiction.
